Introduction

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Parsiphal David Coletta ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses data when you visit the website parsiphalstudio.com ("the Website").

This policy applies exclusively to the Website. For privacy policies regarding the individual Android apps (PartyPick, Wall Clash, Torchy), please refer to their dedicated policy pages accessible from the home page.

What Data We Collect

The Website does not require registration, user accounts or form submissions. We do not collect directly identifying personal data such as name, email address or phone number.

However, if you grant consent to analytics cookies (see the Cookie section below), Firebase Analytics assigns a pseudonymous Client ID to your browser via the _ga cookie. This identifier is an online identifier under Art. 4(1) GDPR and is therefore considered personal data, even though it cannot be directly linked to your real-world identity without additional information.

Through this identifier, Firebase Analytics collects the following pseudonymous usage data:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Approximate geographic region (country / city level, derived from a truncated IP address)
  • Device type, operating system and browser
  • Referral source (how you arrived at the site)
  • App links clicked ("Get it on Google Play" buttons)

IP addresses are never stored by Google Analytics 4. GA4 uses the IP address transiently and solely to derive an approximate geographic location (country / city level), after which the IP is immediately discarded and never written to any database or log.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Website uses cookies only for analytics purposes, and only after you have given explicit consent.

Strictly Necessary Cookies — The cookie banner itself stores your consent preference (category: cc_cookie) so that you are not asked again on subsequent visits. This cookie contains no personal data and cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies (optional, opt-in only) — if you accept analytics, Firebase Analytics sets a pseudonymous Client ID in your browser. This Client ID is an online identifier under Art. 4(1) GDPR. The following cookies are used:

CookieExpiryPurpose
_ga2 yearsDistinguishes unique visitors
_ga_XXXXXXX2 yearsStores session state for GA4

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the "Manage Cookies" button in the page footer. Withdrawing consent will immediately disable analytics collection and automatically delete the analytics cookies from your browser.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

The Website is operated from Italy and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).

Analytics data is processed exclusively on the legal basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This means:

  • Analytics is disabled by default when you first visit the site
  • It is enabled only if you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner
  • Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous
  • You can withdraw consent at any time with the same ease as giving it

Third-Party Processors

If you consent to analytics cookies, data is transmitted to and processed by Google LLC via Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf.

  • Firebase / Google Analytics 4 Google Privacy Policy
  • Firebase Hosting (Google) — serves the Website files; may process your IP address transiently for network routing; no data is retained.

Google Analytics 4 is configured with IP address not stored. GA4 uses the IP transiently for geolocation only and discards it immediately — it is never written to Google's servers. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. The consent preference cookie (cc_cookie) is stored for 6 months and renewed on each visit.

You can request deletion of your analytics data at any time by contacting us (see below) or by withdrawing consent — withdrawing consent also automatically deletes the analytics cookies.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to any personal data we process:

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — to obtain a copy of the data held about you
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — to have inaccurate data corrected
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20)
  • Right to object (Art. 21)
  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; use the "Manage Cookies" button in the footer

Since analytics data is anonymous and not linked to an identity, it may not be possible to fulfil access, rectification or portability requests for analytics data specifically. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or any EU supervisory authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This policy is effective as of July 3, 2026.
