Privacy Policy for Wall Clash

Parsiphal David Coletta ("I", "me", "my") built the Wall Clash app ("the App") as a free application. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs users about my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in relation to the App.

Wall Clash is designed to function entirely offline and does not require user registration or account creation.

I do not intentionally collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Specifically, the App does not collect:

• Name, email address, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or telemetry data
• IP addresses or log data
• Photos, media, or files

The App does not transmit any data to external servers.

The App stores limited non-personal data locally using two mechanisms:

Shared Preferences - lightweight key-value storage for:

• Selected bot opponent
• Selected board theme
• Tutorial completion status

Local SQLite Database (wall_clash.db) - used for:

• Match history (opponent name, result, timestamp, move sequence)
• Bot crown progression (which opponents have been defeated)
• In-progress game sessions (move-by-move state for session restore)

All locally stored data:

• Remains exclusively on your device
• Is not transmitted or shared with the developer
• Is not accessible by the developer
• Is automatically removed when the App is uninstalled

Under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, such data remains under the sole control of the user.

The App does not use any third-party services that may collect data. In particular, the App does not use:

• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting or diagnostics tools
• Social media integrations
• Cloud storage or backend services

The App includes optional links that open external websites in the device default browser (privacy page, developer page, Ko-fi page). Following these links is optional and handled by explicit user action.

The App may occasionally prompt you to rate it on Google Play using the rate_my_app library. This prompt is shown only after a minimum number of launches and days of use (thresholds stored locally). No data is transmitted as a result of this prompt. If you submit a rating, Google Play privacy policy applies.

The App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under age 13 (COPPA) or under age 16 (GDPR), nor from any other users. The App is safe for users of all ages.

Since the App does not transmit or store personal data externally, risks associated with data transmission are minimized. However, users are responsible for maintaining device security.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date. You are advised to review this page periodically.

This policy is effective as of May 19, 2026.

Since the App does not process personal data, no legal basis for processing is required under the GDPR.
